Each individual may hold only one HD77 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any pending bonuses.
All HD77 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated and settled in PKR. No currency conversion applies.

Each person is permitted to hold one HD77 account only. You may not open a second account under any name, address, payment method, phone number, device, or IP address. HD77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your account, share access credentials, or conduct transactions on your behalf through your account. Accounts found to be shared or operated by third parties will be suspended pending investigation.
HD77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. By registering on HD77, you consent to this process.

HD77 will typically require full KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal, when cumulative withdrawals exceed a defined threshold, or at any time HD77 deems additional verification necessary to prevent fraud or protect account security.
Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by HD77 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until documents are provided. Accounts that cannot be verified may be closed in line with HD77's fraud prevention procedures.
HD77 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All listed payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
You may set voluntary deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — within your HD77 account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased immediately. A minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours applies before any deposit limit increase takes effect. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Reminder: Only deposit amounts you can afford to lose. HD77 strongly recommends using deposit limits as a practical tool to manage your betting budget across PSL season and other extended betting periods.
HD77 processes PKR withdrawals to your registered payment methods. Withdrawals are available to verified accounts with a confirmed real money balance.
These rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on HD77, including cricket, PSL, BGMI, CS2, and all other markets listed on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by HD77. HD77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where the odds have been published in error, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where a market has been suspended.
All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL, or the relevant esports tournament organiser for BGMI and CS2 events. HD77 will not settle bets on unofficial or provisional results unless the governing body has explicitly confirmed the result as final.
A bet will be declared void and the stake refunded if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the event does not take place on the scheduled date; the market was offered in error; or HD77's settlement rules specify void as the applicable outcome for particular circumstances. Void bet stakes are returned to your HD77 PKR wallet.
In-play (live) bets on HD77 are placed on a best-efforts basis. HD77 suspends in-play markets briefly during critical match moments. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be held pending the re-opening of the market. HD77 is not responsible for broadcast or streaming delays that may affect a bettor's perception of current match state when placing in-play bets.
The minimum stake per bet on HD77 is Rs 200. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event tier. The applicable maximum is displayed on the HD77 bet slip when you enter your stake. HD77 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum stake limits to individual accounts at its discretion.
HD77 supports accumulator (multi-leg) bets combining up to 15 individual selections. If any leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg did not exist. All remaining legs must win for the accumulator to return a payout.
HD77's casino section includes live dealer baccarat, Aviator crash betting, Teen Patti, and other games. The following rules apply across all casino and game products on HD77.
All casino games on HD77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from approved technology providers. Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are published within the individual game rules accessible from the HD77 casino section. HD77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error that interrupts play on HD77, the outcome of an affected round may be cancelled and the stake returned, or the round may be reconstructed from server logs at HD77's determination. HD77 is not responsible for disruptions caused by your own internet connection or device.
In the Aviator game, you must cash out before the multiplier crashes for your bet to win. If you fail to cash out before the crash, your bet is lost in full. The crash point is determined by a certified provably fair algorithm. HD77 publishes the verification methodology for Aviator in the game's information panel.
HD77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each promotion has specific terms that govern eligibility, wagering requirements, and withdrawal conditions. The general rules below apply to all HD77 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.
Welcome bonuses are available to new HD77 players only — one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Existing players are not eligible for new player bonuses. Attempting to claim a new player bonus on a second account will result in both accounts being closed.
Most HD77 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total PKR betting volume you must complete before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain markets may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements — for example, low-margin bets or specific casino game types. All HD77 bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated per promotion. You will receive a notification from HD77 before a significant bonus balance is about to expire.

Coordinated bonus abuse — including using bonuses through multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential account suspension. HD77 takes a fair but firm approach to this: legitimate players using bonuses in normal play have nothing to concern themselves with.
HD77 Promise on Bonuses: The bonus terms on HD77 are written to be read, not to trap players. If you have any question about whether a specific betting pattern will count towards a wagering requirement, contact HD77 support before placing the bet — not after.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on HD77. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
HD77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred. The following procedure applies:
Where HD77 suspends an account for investigation, the account holder will be notified by the contact details registered on the account. During suspension, betting activity and withdrawals will be paused pending the outcome of the investigation. HD77 aims to complete all account investigations within 14 business days of initiating a suspension.
You may close your HD77 account at any time by contacting support at support@hd77.wine. Before closure, any real money balance will be returned via your registered payment method. Bonus balances are not returnable on voluntary closure. Self-exclusion requests from HD77's responsible gaming section are processed immediately and result in a minimum 6-month exclusion period.
Where HD77 closes an account due to a confirmed Terms violation, real money balances may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. In cases of fraud or money laundering, the full balance will be withheld pending legal process.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. The current version of the HD77 Terms and Conditions always supersedes all previous versions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which HD77 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of HD77, you agree to first contact HD77's customer support team to attempt resolution informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with HD77 support, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. HD77's decision in relation to all betting disputes — including those related to bet settlement, score interpretation, and event outcomes — is final once all relevant information has been reviewed.
